In this workshop, you will be tasked to explore YOURSELF. through a series of activities & engagements and you will be guided in a step-wise manner so YOU can UNDERSTAND the impact of different sources of screen addiction that are creating an overall impact in your productivity. You will be guided through motivational and stopping cues for managing your distractions effectively and lastly, we will cover developing new habits and the steps to overcome screen addiction. The Overall workshop is segmented into three modules

Module 01: Addiction & its sources

It consists of 4 attention seeking topics including but not limited to addiction and its sources, Four A's of interest, Change of Modern media, Product Marketing

Module 02: Self Reflection

It consists of 04 topics including but not limited to Stopping cues, Questions for change, why do we do what we do and are we ready to embrace change?

Module 03: Overcoming Addiction

It consists of 05 topics including but not limited to Developing new habits, Tawakkal, Recovery Journey, Motivational Cues and Meditation.
